The owner is incredible! I lost my passport at a shrine, she was able to get in touch with the police and have it returned to me. The rooms are very clean and nice, and the hotel is a few minutes walk to a train station.

Ótimo quarto, boa localização, muito confortável e limpo. A dona foi muito gentil e fez o melhor para falar comigo em inglês. Perfeito para quem busca uma estadia tranquila em Kyoto. Great room, good location, very comfortable and clean. The owner was very kind and did her best to speak English with me. Perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay in Kyoto.

Best place with a very caring landlord

Amazing place, super clean and I think newly renovated. When i arrived I had a bit of a fever that grew pretty high, and the landlord nursed me back to health and brought me water and food everyday!

Great place to stay near Arashiyama. Walkable distance to JR Uzumasa station and some Randen station I forgot the name. The hotel is overall very clean with all required facilities. Given the price, it was a no brainer. The lady was really nice and kind and helped with every requirement, despite not understanding English.

コスパがとても良い 洗濯機もドラム式乾燥機付きなので持ち込む衣類も少なく済み旅行に最適 スタッフも親切な対応で満足 不満というほどでもないけど ・エレベーターがないのでキャリーケースを階段で運ぶ必要があること ・お湯が出るまで一分程度待つ必要あり また利用したい施設でした

甥が受験のため利用させていただきました。 事前にチェックインの時間など連絡いただき、丁寧ですが気さくな感じの印象でした。 宿泊した甥も綺麗なお部屋で安心して過ごせたようです。 『トイレとシャワーがあってめっちゃ綺麗』と写真を撮って送ってくれました。 他にも宿泊者の方がいらっしゃったようですが静かに過ごせたとのことでした。 安くて綺麗でとてもよかったです。 私自身も泊まってみたいです。 また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いします。

If you wanna stay away from the caravans of tourists. That's your spot! Nice, clean and with a good soul. Fresh rooms. Maybe a bit loud from the passing train signal near by. But for me was it a good choice. No clear glas Windows. Trainstations from JR and the Tram. You will be fast in the Bamboo Groove and Kyōto Station.

Eine gute Unterkunft. Niemand hat einen gestört. Family Mart 2 min. Fußweg. Bahn keine 10 min. Entfernt. Man durfte kostenlos Waschen. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche, stets sauber. Würden wir wieder Buchen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

部屋にバス・トイレがあるので、朝も周りを気にせず過ごすことができました。また、到着が遅れた時も連絡をくれたり、チェックアウトした後もお気遣いがあり、ありがたかったです。場所的には、嵐山にほどほどに近く(嵐電を使用するのがベターかと)、市内も嵐電ですぐ出れるので、飲食するには不便ないかと思います。後、直ぐ近くにコンビニがあるのも良かったです。

今回は宿を変えての長旅だった。日中の行動のオプションに費用がかかるので、宿は安全に身体をしっかり休められる所で なるべく低価格を選んでいた。侍ハウスさんは私の希望にぴったりであった。広隆寺まで徒歩すぐであることで、念願の仏像を見る時間を好きなだけとれた。夜と朝にゆっくりと自分時間をとれて身体が休まった。スタッフさんは電話するとすぐ対応してくれて、私の旅のスキルも少しアップした。共用スペースで他の宿泊者の方とコミュニケーションできるかなと思ったが、夏休みは終わっていたせいか今回はそれはできなかった。
