Not Super Happy. I suspect Yutori may have had a security breach. After providing my passport information, I began receiving suspicious WhatsApp calls from accounts named things like “Spartify,” asking for my credit card details. As a solo female traveler, this was frightening. Yutori initially told me they never use WhatsApp and advised me not to respond. However, they refused my refund request under their strict no-refund policy. When I contacted Expedia, they were unable to help. Yutori later changed their explanation, claiming someone had accidentally pressed send on WhatsApp, despite previously saying they did not use it. This also did not explain the “Spartify” account. Other guests have reported problems with passcodes and difficulty contacting management. I experienced this too and was fortunate that a cleaning staff member helped me reach them. Guests should not have to rely on luck for assistance with access and security. The room itself was excellent, with great amenities, a convenient location, and strong physical security. Everything ultimately went fine during my stay. However, the contradictory explanations, difficulty reaching management, and handling of my concerns left me unable to trust them. For a solo traveler, that is a serious red flag.

Room was very small so struggled with luggage space. Also, walls were dirty. I was hoping it was dirt as opposed to mold, but honestly don't know. Bathroom was also small with little space to put anything. Location was good near to metro station. Breakfast was also good. Staff were nice. Sadly, I have given the poor rating due to the condition of the room.

I stayed in a traditional Japanese Tatami room for the first time, it was a nice surprise! The buffet breakfast included was a very nice gesture. Staff were friendly and helpful - the lift somehow stops at the second floor (front desk) everytime regardless- not sure why!

There’s no shops really near by. There’s also not many food options but the few that are near a very good. They might be rated lower then most but there flavor is great for the price. Your room doesn’t get cleaned everyday it’s every three days. Rooms our enough if you plan to stay out all the time. There’s a Lawson close by which is nice. The best part is there’s a station right outside so getting around isn’t an issue.
