My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Twin Hotel Kyoto Hachijoguchi. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The onsen was a delightful experience. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was excellent with reasonable prices. I highly recommend staying here while traveling!

Wow — amazing stay! This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The breakfast buffet was incredible — so many delicious options to choose from! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved the complimentary drinks available all day, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, just across the street from Kyoto Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing and travel. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return next time we’re in Kyoto!

We had the comfort Tatami twin room, which consists of two 120cm twin beds. Since we are traveling as 2 adults and 1 child, we did pushed the beds together and it was perfect for us. Their breakfast has good variety (even their beverages), and the staff are very helpful. The public bath was nice too with both inside and outside area. The water pressure if awesome. Location wise, it is south of the Kyoto station which is not the closest to all the tourist attractions, but if you are to do day trips to further places like Arashiyama, Osaka or Inari, closer to the train station is a good option. Going to the Nishiki market or around there, taking taxi using Go Taxi was convenient too.

This was such an amazing hotel and perfectly located just one block away from Kyoto station. The staff was amazing and helpful. They even forwarded something I left in my room to my next hotel very quickly. I can’t wait to stay here again next time in am in kyoto

Amazing amazing amazing! We bouged out and went for one of the private outside tubs rooms and it did not lack. It was absolutely amazing 10/10 would do again in Kyoto. So close to the train station too, great to get around!!!

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located next to Kyoto Station. Had a very good restaurant in it with a great breakfast buffet. My only knock on this hotel is the room was kinda small.
