Randor was a great place to stay for a family of 4. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Throughout or trip we often went to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to cook something up. We loved the small kitchenette and the sitting area to eat! It was a super peaceful place to reside in Kyoto. Highly recommend to other families.

Expect there to be no front desk during your stay. Check in very confusing as well. The walls are pretty thin as well. It's a very convenient location for access to both bus and train lines. The rooms are very clean, but there was some scattered trash in the hall when we arrived. Overall very nice for the price.

The room was super beautiful and cleaned exactly how it showed on the pictures. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary for light cooking. Cons: the AC never worked so we had to sleep with the balcony door opened to let the outside cool come inside, the dryer machine took forever to dry our clothes, and the room was very small for our group of 5 with each having 2 suitcases, but we handled it for the 2 nights we stayed. Overall I loved the stay and the building location.
