Compact room but great use of the space. I appreciated the mini fridge, slippers and night gown that were free to use with the room. There was also a microwave in the lobby along with free coffee. I communicated just fine with the staff in English, they were accommodating for storing luggage early before checkin. The lobby was nicely decorated. I love the giant stone/moss ball.

部屋もキレイでスタッフの対応もとても良くすごしやすかったです。 ただ、清掃の部分でお風呂掃除、ゴミ回収、タオルの交換がワンセットのカードになっていて、部屋に入られたくなかったこちらとしては、ゴミ回収とタオル交換だけお願いしたかったのですが、そのカードがなくどうしていいかわからない部分がありました。 タオルだけはフロントにお願いしたらもらえました！

受験で利用したのですが、学校までのアクセスを相談したところ、スタッフの方が大変親身に対応してくださいました。激励の言葉もいただき、とても気持ちの支えになりました。単なる事務的な対応ではなく、困っている私達の気持ちに寄り添ってくださる姿勢に感動しました。ありがとうございました。 朝食会場のスタッフの方も気持ちの込もった対応をしていただき、朝の力になりました。 １つ残念だったのは、お掃除が大雑把だったことです。例えば、結構減っていたトイレットペーパーの補充ができてなかったり、コップ類が新しい物になってなかったり‥もう少し仕上がりを確認していただけたら良いと思いした。
