We stayed here while in Kyoto. The hotel was close to Kyoto station. The breakfast was really good. The hotel was clean and staff were great. There is an onset and laundry facility. Will stay here again for our next trip to Japan. Thank you Rihga!

Beautiful hotel!! Everything was so well-maintained, very close to JR Kyoto Station and the staff were super helpful! :) We booked the room with the twin beds and they were very comfy and spacious! Beautifully-themed using Kyoto’s culture! We will definitely go back here in our future japan trips!!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was super welcoming and very helpful during check in. Everything was explained very clearly. Free drinks were delicious and we definitely took advantage. The previous guest at the room we had sprayed cologne all over and the smell was very strong, we communicated this to staff and they were quick to arrange a new room for us, no questions asked. We really appreciated it. Super clean bathroom and a excellent amenities. Thank you all

Great location! Avanti Mall, the train station, and several bus stops were all within a five-minute walk, which made getting around very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were a group of six and stayed three people per room. The rooms were a good size, and we didn't feel cramped at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Great location near Kyoto station so convenient for everything. Staff were accommodating. The room was a good size for three people with a full sized bath tub. Breakfast was varied with something for everyone. The hotel had laundry machines for an additional charge and free storage lockers and drinks in reception during the day. Overall a great experience!

Ohhh I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so close to Kyoto station and just less than a 5 minutes walk to the station. Amenities provided were top notch and the hotel was so modern but still maintained that traditional Japanese Zen feel

Perfect hotel in a great location a block and a half away from the East Gate at Kyoto Station. Beautiful interior decor and rooms were clean and functional. Beds incredibly comfortable and bathroom, separate toilet and bathing room were spacious. For those who care, 3 Konbinis (convenience stores) within a block and numerous dining options. CoCo Curry literally across street for quick bite. Staff incredibly professional and accommodating. Easy to get to mass transit and catch a cab. Will stay here again if visiting Kyoto again. Laundry machines a bonus, able to easily take care of a tedious chore.
