Super great hotel. Highly recommended

Great location near Kyoto Station. Very nice staffs and good in English. Very clean room and large enough for open 2 luggage. It's convenience that the chairs and table can be moved. The breakfast is good value. There are welcome drinks in lobby at 2-11pm every day. The green tea is tasty and it's good to have a rest after a long travel day. I chose this hotel because it has its own parking lot. But only for 3 cars. Remember to reserve early if you need.

I often come to Kyoto for business, and I would like to stay at this hotel as much as possible. The service from all the staff is excellent, and the facility is clean. Also, the bed is very dirty. You may sleep better than in your bed at home. There are only good things about this hotel. Kudos to this chain of hotels across the country. Thank you as always.

Convenient and relaxing

This hotel is welcoming and bright from the arrival at Reception lobby. Staff are helpful and kind in a natural way. Free soft and alcohol drinks from afternoon until the evening. Nice range of toiletries to choose from by reception desk. Very nice room. Different layout to what I expected, more like a ryokan but smaller and within a modern structure. Very conveniently located at walking distance from Kyoto Station

One of the good choice if you travel to Kyoto

Though the room was not very spacious, the design was simple n neat. Cleanliness was top notch. Location is fantastic, near to train station n lots of eating places. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. It is very close to the Kyoto Station, which makes travelling easier. I would recommend their buffet breakfast. Staff are nice and the hotel provides luggage storage. It was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again.
