Nol is perfectly located. The entire property including the time are incredibly beautiful. They offer all day sodas and tea, plus wine and sake bar each evening. We were sad to leave.

If you’re looking for a quiet hotel with a larger spaced room this is perfect. Central location close to the markets and subway/trains. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. The shower pressure was amazing. Would recommend.

This was my second stay at this location. It is just steps from the covered shopping areas and Nishiki Market. The hotel itself is very quiet and serene and boasts an interior courtyard with a tree growing in a shallow pool. Coffee and sake are complimentary in the lobby and the rooms feature traditional style furnishings, including a Hiba wood soaking tub. The showers are fantastic and having a laundry machine, fridge and microwave in each room is a welcome bonus. I really enjoy this hotel.

Nol Kyoto Sanjo is a beautiful hotel in a great area of central Kyoto. Rooms are very zen-like and very clean! Location is perfect for shopping and dining. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay here on a future Kyoto trip!
