We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was helpful with check in and check out. The location was safe and quiet, yet just a short walk to Yasaka Pagoda and the charming streets filled with shops and cafés. The train station is about a 13-minute walk, which can feel a bit long in the summer heat, but everything else about the location was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!

The inn was the perfect base to explore Kyoto, just steps from Gion and Higashiyama sights and walking distance to Pontocho Alley and Nishiki Market. It was also convenient to have a washer-dryer combo in the room as well as a refrigerator in the kitchenette (although that is a glorified term since there were no plates, forks, or knives). The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a television and seating in the bedroom.

This single room came with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the lobby was usually unattended, a staff member came out promptly to assist me whenever it was time to check in or check out. This place was incredible. Perfect location, the rooms were so so cute. Plenty of room for our family of six, and offered so many perks.
