Prime location with few steps access to Kyoto Station where you can find a few tons of options for dining and shopping. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. Very friendly staff. 2 laundromats at the property available to use for guests. There was no need to add detergent and the room tv showed status of both to check availability.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly except in the breakfast area. Didn’t want the breakfast just a cup of tea and coffee but you couldn’t get it without paying for a full breakfast. Thankfully the subway station was close and we found a bakery and Starbucks. Laundry was good.
