This hotel is the epitome of customer service, comfort and incredible thoughtfulness. The staff are friendly professional and courteous. The beds are comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. With many perks like complimentary water and pyjamas. The hotel is situated in a great spot for shopping, site seeing or strolling around Kyoto. I will stay here on my next visit.
