Convenient location walking distance from Kyoto Station and great access to buses for getting around town. Right next door to a Family Mart for all your conbini needs. Rooms are well organized and had a great sleeping layout for our family of four. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that might be nice is a coffee maker in addition to the tea selection. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is one of my favorites! It is right across the street from a temple and the area is smack dab in the middle of Kyoto life. We took a walk down the neighborhood and met a lovely woman running her coffee shop. The staff is so helpful. They offer luggage delivery. It’s not far from Kyoto station.

This was our first trip to Japan for me and my 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. There was a 7-11 close by which was very handy so we could stock our fridge with onigiri and snacks. The toaster in the room was great for breakfast goodies. Room was very comfortable and clean. There wasn't a lot of moving room which didn't bother us but made opening suitcases tricky. Hotel was about 16 mins walk to Kyoto Station which doesn't sound bad but tiring after being out all day. There are bus stops close to it though.
