Location was great; within 5 mins walk to 2 metro stations (1 of which is just 1 stop from Kyoto Station), convenience store (7-Eleven) and 2 local mini-markets. Room we booked was spacious and clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing stay at the brand new Monday hotel. Very spacious and comfortable. Only thing is to try to get a room not facing a building because the lack of natural light can make it tough to wake up! 😅 Nice location as well, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro stop and the river!
