Clean room but paper thin walls. Guest upstairs were very hard on their feet. On fourth floor in superior twin room. A bit of a poor start with guest services upon check in they would not honour Expedia rate for extra occupant. Would not stay here again.

Would stay here again! The staff was awesome and kind. Definitely get the buffet breakfast, so worth it! Rooms are bigger than average for Japan. Loved the spacious bathroom and huge tub/shower. Was super clean and had everything we needed. There's also a train station right next to it!

Cosy hotel

The hotel location is within walking distance to train station and bus stop. There's convenience stores and eateries nearby. Comfy and nice decor room but abit cramp for 3 pax. Good that air purifier was provided in the room and drinks at the lobby area.

Unhospitable service, tight rooms

Unhospitable service, we were reprimanded twice for what we see as actually minor things (once for going directly to a taxi that we had booked via the reception, and once just for requesting to have information repeated to us that we had been given the day before during checkin - where one is given lots of other info). No place for bagage even in bigger rooms. Very tight to maneuver in. The public bath was really nice though.
