Fantastic location close to Karasuma-Oike station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby as well as a Starbucks. The toiletries are available in the lobby (toothbrush, razor etc) which seems to be the case in Japanese hotels. The hotel has all the essentials - microwave, vending machines, etc. There is also an excellent teishoku restaurant nearby called Rokkaku Kitchen 109 - I highly recommend. The only thing I will fault is the AC control is in Japanese but if you use Google Lens / hover your camera over the controls, it will translate to English for you.
