Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and you have to walk up a hill to come back; even taxis don’t enter the street, so it’s very cumbersome to enter and leave it (specially with heavy bags). I’d still recommend it though if carrying your bags or walking up hills are not issues for you.

ほとんど清潔で綺麗に清掃されてました。内庭の上のアクリルが汚れてましたので、無い方が良いのかと思います。

心温まるおもてなしでした。

到着時に近くの駐車場まで丁寧にご案内いただいたり、チェックアウト後に忘れ物等のチェックをした上でのご挨拶の電話をいただいたりと、オーナーご夫妻様の心配りを十分に感じさせていただきました。風呂もベッドルームも快適で、朝食やスナック等のサービスも十分でした。またお願いしたい宿の一つにさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

정말 만족스러운 숙소

청수사에서 5~8분거리여서 날씨가 무척 더운 때에 갔어도 아침 저녁으로 산책할수 있어서 좋았습니다 1층은 거실과 주방 2층은 침실2개에 퀸사이즈 침대가 4개있어 편안하게 잘수있었고 무엇보다 좋았던것은 사장님 부부의 따뜻한 환대였습니다 숙소 구석구석이 깨끗한것은 물론 간식 음료수 과일 간단한 식사를 준비해주셔서 잘먹고 쉴수 있었어요 주변이 엄청 조용해서 교토의 느낌을 잘 즐길수있었습니다 대만족이었고 다른분들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다

Amazing stay in a modern traditional house!

Amazing stay! Pick up by owner at kyoto station Traditional house in perfect condition, modern bathroom, good shower, beautiful decoration, very clean, good beds, washmachine and dryer, daily cleaning, owner brings every day tasty breakfast, nice treats to discover, couple of owners are delicious! Present and discrete at same time Location is very near of most of sightseeing, transport and supermarket: 7 minutes walk For the 4 of us it was a perfect stay!

エクスペディア使用が初めてで心配でしたが、前日に連絡が入り直接話せて安心しました。そして、当日近くまで行ったがホテルの所在地がわかりにくかったため電話で場所確認をしたところ、すぐに迎えに出てきていただけ、とてもありがたかったです。

웬만한 호텔보다 더 좋습니다!

8월 초 2박 3일동안 이용했습니다. 전체적인 평을 말하자면, 가격대비 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 먼저 위치를 말씀드리면, 숙소 위치는 기요즈미데라 근처입니다. 숙소에서 기요즈미데라까지 걸어서 약 15분 정도여서 아침에 산책겸 다녀오기 좋습니다. 근처에 산넨자카, 니넨자카 거리도 있어서 저녁먹고 구경하기도 좋구요. 숙소 주변도 공원이나 산이 있어서 풍경도 좋습니다. 다만 숙소가 약간 안쪽에 숨겨져 있어서 처음에 찾아가기엔 좀 힘듭니다. 저희도 숙소근처에서 헤매다 주변 사람에게 물어봐서 찾아갔습니다. 전반적인 숙소 편의성이나 청결도는 매우 좋습니다. 리모델링한지 얼마 안되서 그런지 가구나 도구들은 전부 새거구요 매우 깨끗합니다. 조리도구나 세안도구도 다 새것으로 구비되어 있어서 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 내부 구조도 가정집 2층구조를 전부 사용하는거라 넓고 좋았습니다. 이부분은 호텔보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 숙소 주인분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 처음에 숙소에 도착하면 먼저 기다리고 계셔서 숙소 사용법과 기타 알아둬야할점들을 알려주셨습니다. 약간의 영어를 구사하셨고 몸짓으로 사용법들을 알려주셨습니다. 구글 번역이 있으니 의사소통 문제는 없었습니다. 특히 감동했던 부분은 2박3일 사용이었는데 둘쨋날 저희가 밖으로 나간사이에 오셔서 처음 왔던것과 동일하게 청소하고 정리해주시고 가셨습니다. 처음과 동일하게 완벽하게 청소해주셨습니다. 이부분은 주인분이 미리 이때 청소한다고 말씀해주시는 부분이라 서로 조시간을 조절하면 될 것 같습니다. 침대도 방 2개에 각각 2개씩있어서 1인 1침대로 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 침대가 일반 침대가 아닌 정말 편한 침대입니다. 잠이 솔솔 오더라구요. 이상으로 숙소 리뷰를 마칩니다. 가격이 약간 나가지만 이 숙소에서 머무시는걸 추천합니다. 돈이 아깝지 않다는 생각이 드실겁니다. 다음에 교토 놀러갈때도 이 숙소로 머물고 싶은 생각이드실겁니다.

Very nice hotel house near to Kyōto no kiyomizuder

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, spacious for our group of 6. The hotel house was newly opened this May, all the equipments are new and very high-class. The staff speak a little English, but are super friendly and nice. Also the house is very close to Kyōto no kiyomizudera, and other tourist places. A little hard to find the place the first time, better locate it by Hotel Ryozan if you take a taxi. We all had a good experience staying at this place, would definitely recommend it to friends.
