As a Disabled Blind BRITISH Man-I could NoT fault the service, help and OVERALL politeness of everyone who worked (and did not) there. From gelping with directions to the correct procedures and Gender area of the Hotsprings Baths. PERFECT STAY, shame is wasn't for longer. The Bar just outside was perfect for my Dutch Courage to get NAKED for my near midnight Hotsprings Bath. The BEST night of my whole Holiday-so THANK YOU

部屋風呂は使用しなかったが、チェックインしてすぐに部屋の湯船を覗くと、湯船内で液体石鹸が垂れ、かなり固まっている状態のものがあったので、清掃はきちんとしてほしいとおもった。 女性なので、朝、化粧をするときにスタンド付きの小さいミラーがあれば、ゆっくりと朝の用意ができるから、あれば便利だなと思った。 京都駅前で温泉に入れるのは、とても贅沢でよかったです。あと、１人での滞在だったので、室内にあった観光雑誌を見て、室内でゆったりと過ごせました。
