My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Kyoto. Wonderful everything! The room, the food, the staffs are professional and very convenient transpo, train station just few mins walk from the hotel and near shopping areas. Loved this hotel so much!

10/10 location in Gion. Walking distance to many things and public transportation. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are very small and those on the first floor don’t have any natural sunlight so it feels like you’re in a basement. Breakfast was very disappointing, I would not pay for that add-on and instead visit one of the coffee shops or even the Starbucks nearby.

Rooms are the quietest and darkest. Great for sleeping and immaculately clean. Lobby is cool with a fun bartender who plays US oldie music. Onsen was beautiful. Very well located near 2 train stops. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel in the last 6 months and it’s a great value for the price. The neighborhood is convenient to lots of hotspots but is quite quiet. The staff does a nice job taking care of the hotel. It isn’t super luxurious but really nice for a short trip to Kyoto. I would stay here again.
