A beautiful, clean and charming hotel. Our room was more spacious than other hotels in Japan and had a gorgeous design. The breakfast buffet was fantastic; such a wide variety of choice. Around the hotel were izakayas and other restaurants, and shops/markets were also closeby.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Kyoto. Wonderful everything! The room, the food, the staffs are professional and very convenient transpo, train station just few mins walk from the hotel and near shopping areas. Loved this hotel so much!

This is a very beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The onsen is wonderful. The rooms are very small and too tight for two people, and the air conditioning is poor which is brutal in summer. Also, the breakfast isn’t very good, I wish I hadn’t pre-purchased it. Overall this is a nice hotel but over priced for what you get.

Nice location close to downtown area and close to transportation. Quiet with very nice common areas, amenities and friendly staff. The AC in the room could not keep the room cool and the room was very cozy, so that was a surprise.

Amazing property, especially for the price (near $100 USD per night). Great location for shopping, sight seeing and train. Very stylish room with extra seating and just enough room for luggage. Very friendly staff and nice lounge area. The men’s onsen was also very cool. Would not look anywhere else if I stay in Kyoto again in the future.
