Great location and comfortable room and beds!! We were a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station which has great restaurants and is an amazing building/structure (go to the top level).

Loved this hotel!!! It was only a 10min walk from Kyoto station and just a few minutes from 7/11. I stayed in the annex and not the main building but still had all the same amenities. Staff was super helpful and nice, plus the food in there was amazing. Room was bigger than I expected and had plenty of space for my suitcase to be open on the ground and still walk around. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto!

The room was clean and the area was very quiet. It’s close to the train station as well. About a 10 min walk from the station, shopping malls and convenience stores.i would absolutely stay here again. The room was air conditioned and even had an air purifier which is so nice in my opinion.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station. There was a wonderful bonus. TeamLab was right next to the hotel. We spent a really enjoyable 2 hours inside. The hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice!! I will stay here again.

Incredibly convenient with the hotel being a short 7 minute walk from kyoto station allowed me to shop and easily return to hotel and head out again. Bus stop to Kiyomizu was also close by. Staff were always super friendly and helpful, and they also speak good English. Would definitely consider staying here next time.

This hotel was an excellent value. The rooms were standard Japanese size, but sufficient for two people. The lobby had an excellent common area that included free tea, coffee, filtered water, and Sake tasting. The hotel had aroma therapy in the main lobby, so be advised if you are extremely sensitive to smells, even really good ones. The location was a short walk from Kyoto Station, and it worked well enough as a starting point for anywhere we needed to go. If you are going to TeamLabs Biovortex then this IS the place to stay. Overall, we had a great experience.

The hotel was very clean, offered complimentary toothbrushes, razors, tea. Staff were very kind. Great location close to Kyoto station and next to a 7/11. The only thing to keep in mind is that for the double rooms, the mattress seems to be 2 smaller ones pushed together so you can feel a hard ridge in between. Overall a great stay!

Location a little bit far away from Kyoto station, but too close for taxi drivers. No any cafe nearby to the hotel. It is not convenient because the hotel does not have a restaurant or cafe and breakfast is not provided.

This was by far the smallest room on our trip. However, the view was nice and I loved the pajamas (wish I could have bought them). I was also a bit frustrated about paying the onsen fee regardless of whether or not you use it, but tbh it wasn't really wasn't that much money.

ホテルから外出する時に雨が降っていて、傘がなかったのですがフロントで貸してもらえました。 また、チェックアウトして次の場所に移動する時にタクシーの手配を頼んだのですが、配車だと時間がかかるとのことでスタッフの方が雨の中ホテルのエントランスからブワーッと走って通りの向こうまで行ってタクシーを拾ってくださいました。ベビーカーと荷物を持っていたので思うように動けず、本当に助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

日付が変わる頃にチェックインしましたが、フロントの方の朗らかな対応で疲れも癒やされました。 イノダコーヒーの紙パックやお茶類、フレグランスバーなどアメニティも充実。 ラウンジやランドリーもあり、22時まで利き酒もやっていたはずなので、もっと早く到着できていたらよかったなあ。 京都駅からも徒歩で10分足らず。 コスパ最高で、京都駅周辺での宿泊にオススメです！
