Located at the center of Kyoto; staff very accommodating, room very clean with good amenities except no lotion; gave us 2 bottled water everyday- helped us hydrate during our walk around the city. Have also ice and filtered water dispenser and laundry/ dryer in a room next to the elevator on each floor. Can’t ask for a better hotel for the price. Breakfast is good- like brunch for 2200 per person per day but beats looking for breakfast place every morning.

My room was comfortable and clean. The shower panel jets and rainfall shower head.had great water pressure and the overall bathing experience was like a spa each and every time. I loved it. The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service with a smile and spoke english when needed. Location was also great as there were convenient stores and restaurants a short walk away in addition to nearby access point to the train station. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.
