Great experience with this property. Large, clean room located perfectly in Gion. Know what your booking before hand. This is a very self serve hotel. A single person works the front desk from 13:00 to 22:00. For us, it was perfect. Highly recommend

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and shower was great. The location was excellent!! Took a star off as the carpet in the room looked stained and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacing, but they provide sandals for wear in the room. I would stay here again.

My experience with KABIN Minamiza/Gion was excellent. Very convenient location in Gion, easy to get to everything in the area. The facilities were great, big rooms and easy to access things like Laundry services. Check in was simple and can be done ahead of time, so you are ready to go the moment you arrive.

My daughters and I loved our stay in Kabin MInamiza. It is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and attractions in Kyoto. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. We would return there.
