We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to a Subway entrance and centrally located which allowed us to walk to several sightseeing locations. The room was great, the amenities were great, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They also had snacks available in the lobby and a nice space to relax and spend time in the evenings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this hotel! Great location right by the Karasuma Line. We were a family of four with two boys older boys. The 24 hour lounge was perfect for when we wanted to leave earlier in the morning. Staff were helpful and the whole lounge area was super welcoming after a day of sightseeing. Rooms were a really good size and laundry room was very easy to use and so convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it for anyone visiting Kyoto.

The hotel and staff were excellent, thoughtful and helpful! I would recommend adding some jam or peanut butter to the spread as it’s a lot of bread with no opportunity for protein. Also, adding an extra laundry machine to help with busier times.

A charming boutique property in a cute neighbourhood. Very convenient with the station a few minutes walk away, as well as boutique stores, restaurants and bars. The rooms are compact but design focused. The lounge by reception offered coffee, snacks and wine and was a nice a sociable space to enjoy a drink before heading to bed. I wish I had had time to enjoy the massage services they offered on-site. There were also bicycles available for guests. The staff were super hospitable.

We LOVE this hotel! It is conveniently located and has incredible amenities like free coffee, tea, juice, bread and croissants 24 hours a day! There is a record player with a great vinyl record library and a wide assortment of games to play while you relax in the comfy chairs and sofas. We highly recommend it!

In agreement with most past comments. Accessible (very close to the karasuma oike subway station) and within walking distance to most places, clean, nice jet stream shower, helpful staff. Amenities were great. Lots of items available. The cherry on top is the 24 hour lounge with complimentary bread and pastries that actually taste good.
