We enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of big tour groups staying as it was cherry blossom season so the amenities were pretty taxed. Hard to get laundry done because of the crowds and a few machines out of order, coffee machines out of order, breakfast area very busy. I guess to be expected but perhaps more maintenance during these times might help keep things flowing a little better.

Clean rooms of decent size for Japan, located conveniently by the metro and easy to grab a a taxi via taxi app. The staff were both kind and cordial and responded to queries with good recommendations. Hyatt Place also had one of the best breakfasts I have had with a nice variety of options.
