Excellent hotel stay! Rooms were updated amenities are abundant and location is conveniently across the street from Kyoto station. Really especially enjoyed the lounge with beverages for guests. Highly recommended and I miss it already.

Hotel Vischio by Granvia Kyoto exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect,just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with an impressive variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, including freshly grilled items. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Kyoto with a great start to the day, this is the place!

Great hotel, and great staff. Most of them spoke English quite well, and there were only a handful of times when I had to use Google Translate to get by with the front desk. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite nice and a relatively large eating area. It does get quite busy though with the guests, as this is a relatively big hotel. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and enjoyed the location of this hotel very much.

Easy 5-minute walk to Kyoto station and to the big shopping malls around the area. The coin operated laundry machines did a good job and came in handy although the number of machines is limited and required a long wait when we were there. I also loved the hot pool, sauna, and massage chair which helped me to relax.

More spacoius room than in Tokyo and Osaka. Nice bathroom as Toilet and shower and sink are basically separate rooms. Good breakfast buffet, $45cad each. Very close to Kyoto Station. So close for Bullet Train and Subway. Nice and friendly staff and massage chairs and gym on the 2nd floor.

Location is very near to the Kyoto station and there are options to dine and shop nearby so very convenient. The guest lounge is nice place to rest and grab a coffee. I would stay here again.
