Absolutely spotless property, amazing amenities and service. Restaurant on site was delicious ( dinner). Breakfast was the same every day. Room was very authentic! However... it's perfect for only 2 people. We traveled with a teenager and 3 luggages and there was absolutely no space for 3 of us plus luggage. Again, great room for only 2 people. 2 Restaurants on the same block were delicious! Staff was outstanding!

The room was spotless, beautiful and plenty of space, (bigger than the average hotel room in Japan). Very stylish and sleek interior and between 7-10 mins walk to Kyoto station (very handy for metro trains, shinkansen and buses to most must see places in Kyoto.. Would highly recommend! We wish that we could have stayed longer... and will definitely be rebooking for our next stay in Kyoto.
