This is an older hotel that would benefit from renovation. The air conditioning did not work during the warm and muggy spring time, and this made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is prime location when getting off and on from the train station. It made commuting so much easier and convenient. The only reason i didnt give it a 5 was because i believe the tub area needs to be upgraded. I would stay again for the convenience

We loved our stay here even though we were 3 adults and the third bed was a divan. Only a 5-minute walk to Kyoto Station. Staff was friendly and thorough. Breakfast is not included, so we opted for places at the station. I would definitely stay here again but I think their lease is up and they will be closing in early 2027.
