It is beside a grocery and 2 minute walk to a Family Mart and very near to the Kawaramachi Station. Staff were very helpful with all our concerns and questions. Espresso coffee was excellent.

Honestly surprised by how big the room was compared to other hotels.. very clean and comfortable. We could lay out all our suitcases with room to spare. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Walking distance from bus & subway. Would definitely stay here again!

客室は清潔で自分の部屋以外の音も全く気にならない静かさでした。レセプションの方は外国の方でしたが丁寧な日本語でお話ができる方でした。宿泊前にお土産の段ボール箱を快く受け取っていただき助かりました。とても思い出に残る京都旅行ができました。またお世話になりたいと思います。

立地最高！四条通りに近く、鴨川河川敷にもすぐ出れる。レセプションにコーヒーと水があり、立ちシャワーも斬新で面白い。朝、ジョギングする人には本当に最適だと思う。あまり情報がなかった朝食も野菜たっぷりなお弁当でとてもよかった。

快適なシャワー

泊まった部屋はバスタブ無しでしたが、オーバーヘッドシャワーがあり快適でした。アメニティはフロントで自分で取るシステムでした。歯ブラシやヘアブラシはそこには含まれていませんでした。

コスパが高く泊まるだけなら十分使えるホテル

必要最低限な設備、サービスは完備している。内線電話すらないが、最近使う事もないので問題はない。内装に金はかけていないが、部屋の広さは十分に確保されている。
