The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was better than some others. The scrambled eggs weren’t runny which they were at every other hotel. They had a great selection of pasteries that were delicious. The hotel has a happy hour of free drinks so if that’s your kind of thing where you can get, make and mix your own drink, this might be the place for you!

Located near Kyoto station but a bit off the path so it's quiet but still located conveniently to transportation, food and other activities. It was clean and had all the normal amenities one would expect. Staff was helpful and was able to help me in English. Happy hour was a nice touch too!
