We stayed in Emion hotel for 4 days. Clean, tidy with very friendly staff. Less than 5 min to city railway station and starbucks, one station away from a large grocery store, one station away from Kyoto station which is a railway hub. Getting taxi in kyoto is also easy and right in front of hotel. Very good size room for us as a family of four people.

The rooms are great and quite big by Japan standards. Close to transport. I little bit out of Kyoto central one train stop so nice quite area. Great restaurant just downstairs to use the 1000 yen voucher they give you at check in. Roof top views of Kyoto are amazing. Onsen on premises nice touch. We hired a car and reception gave us a discount voucher for parking just around the corner. All in all great accommodation and the best and cheapest we had in the 3 locations we stayed in Japan

Overall, the hotel is outstanding. It offers an excellent breakfast, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a real advantage. It's very close to Kyoto Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

The whole stay was excellent. The room and the property were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was during our stay there weren't enough washing machines to use. There were only two and the other one was not working.

Very nice hotel. Incredibly close to the station. One stop away from Kyoto Station. Loved how convenient everything was especially multiple restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and vending machines with many snack options. The only down side was the dryer didn’t dry clothes that well. Overall, great hotel to stay at for wek long trip!

The room was clean and spacious. The train station is literally 5 minutes away so it’s super convenient. Lots of nice restaurants close by. My only advice is staff is not always helpful, the washer and dryer takes forever so don’t consider washing your clothes at the hotel. Lastly, there’s no pool at the hotel, the spa are public bathrooms. It was really weird because everybody was naked, including kids.
