Lovely small hotel with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. The staff were extremely helpful with luggage and a package we had to ship. The location is very close to Kyoto Stn which was important for us, but because of that the area is buzzing with tourists and extremely busy and crowded. Not sure if there are quieter areas of Kyoto in April though!

The hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, and also leave our luggage after check-out so we weren’t carrying everything while finding a place to eat before our next destination. I especially loved the look of the twin rooms compared to the standard double room. Downstairs at the lobby they have a great cafe to start off the morning. I also loved how it was right next to a Family Mart which was very convenient. I would definitely save this place staying in Kyoto!

The room was clean and spacious, loved the atmosphere, the staff were helpful, great amenities, and enjoyed the hotel onsen! The Breakfast available to guests was so good and also located in a safe and convenient location. The closest bus stop was just down the street and Kyoto Station was less than a 10 minute walk! There were several restaurants close by (the ramen place nearby was AMAZING and so cheap), and a few attractions nearby as well (the Temple locate around the corner was beautiful). I would definitely stay here again!

Our room in Kyoto was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to put our bags out and hang a few jackets which was all we needed. Would be a bit tough if you had a ton of luggage though. The complimentary breakfast served was great, and the location of the hotel was fantastic for getting to and from the train station.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Androoms Kyoto. The hotel is modern, new, and centrally located, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and of good standard, and the onsen was very nice. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but fairly average, and the room cleaning could have been better. We noticed some stains and dirt on the walls and in the bathroom, including the shower. Overall, a good hotel with a nice atmosphere and great location, but with some room for improvement.
