Great sized rooms with plenty of extras - really thoughtful of any needs. Location is super convenient and walkable distance to the main temple Kiyomizu-dera as well as the city center. They also have a great onsen, which is very relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Will definitely come back here when I visit Kyoto again.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean and large. There was free happy hour every evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful booking us taxis. It is a great location. We would stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It is a beautiful hotel , well located, you can walk to main attractions in Kyoto. It has its own bath house and it was spectacular if you haven’t experienced it !

Michelin rated luxury hotel with a warm comfortable feeling. From the minute you arrive you feel well taken care of by the staff. Great location, great breakfast. Everyone loved the public bath and in room amenities. Would book again if in Kyoto.

Perfect location. Nice clean and very quiet hotel. Try the restaurant next door Tempura Endo - exquisite. Only downside - regular rooms are super small - we only had carry-ons and backpack and barely squeezed. If you have luggage - get a larger room or you'll be very frustrated. Staff was great.
