Very dusty/dirty as if room not cleaned in a while. Inconvenient location, far from public transportation and main tourist attractions. Would not stay here again.

Overall the stay wasn’t too bad. The room and bed was sufficient, however as the twin beds were pushed together, the person on the end bed against the wall had to squeeze down the side in front of the tv to get to the bed. This was kind of ok of me as I am small, but it would have been impossible for anyone bigger than me. Also there is only one washer dryer at the property. Whilst there I waited 40 min for someone to get their clothes from the machine (they had entered a lock code so no one could open the machine but them) before giving up and getting up at 4:30am in the morning to ensure I could wash my clothes. While I was waiting the 40 min for the machine, 7 others came by to check if the machine was free to do there laundry. It is pretty poor that a hotel only has a single washing machine for people to do their laundry, as it is a dryer as well this increases the time that others cannot use the machine. At the very least the property should have two seperate washers and dryers. Property is about a 30 min walk from the city centre which isn’t too bad if you don’t mind walking.

四条大宮駅近くで便利

四条大宮駅から近くて便利です。部屋もキレイでした。無料の朝粥のサービスもありがたかったです。アメニティが有料ですが安価なので問題ないと思います。むしろ無駄をなくすための環境的な配慮をしているということでしょう。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

連泊で利用しました。部屋には小さな冷蔵庫や衣類の消臭剤があり助かりました。宿泊客が自由に利用出来るスペースでは、お茶や珈琲も自由に飲めて良かったです。喫煙は屋外にはなりますが、入り口脇ベンチで一服できました。フロントの方が快く灰皿を貸してくれて、度々ありがとうございました。朝食のお粥がほっこり美味しかったです。また是非利用したいです。
