Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean, staff was friendly. Check in and check out was extremely quick, the location is excellent. Very close to the train and mall. The spa was outstanding.

The room was really really clean and newly renovated. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Location for us was really good since coming back to Kyoto Station from anywhere it’s really easy. Also the extra toiletries provided by the hotel were a really nice touch and helped a lot. Thank you for a great stay.

Even though there is renovation going on at this hotel, there's no inconvenience to guests or any noise heard within our room. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very conveniently located right beside the bus stops and the Kyoto station.

Super clean property. The rooms were newly renovated, although pretty small. I am a very hot sleeper and even with the air conditioning at the lowest setting it was still too warm. However, the staff provided a fan which made it much more comfortable. Not a fan of how firm the beds in the pillows are. Other than that we had a great stay.
