Brilliantly located. The hotel was our guest “Green” hotel and we’d definitely return. The rooms were comfy, clean and stylish. The breakfast was delicious. We were in the centre of everything and transport access was easy. The only thing I’d make comment on was the lack of proper coffee in the room but a free mini bar makes up for that! 10/10

Great location, clean room and facilities with restaurants and stores in the lower levels. Walking distance to nashiki market. 3 laundry machines which were quite small but this is typical in Japan. Hoping to be back again!

Staff was very helpful in arranging for our luggage to be sent to Osaka. There is a pay to use laundry machines (separate washer and dryers) that you can use on the 3rd floor in a small separate room from their store shopping area. Would have preferred to have an in room laundry machine to use like our other hotel stays but this still a nice option to have. Location of hotel is close to subway line and lots of shopping and dining options. Would stay here again when coming back to Kyoto.

😄 Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The location is great, walking distance to all the attractions and close to the train station. The room sizes are large and very well maintained. 🙁 We didn’t like how the lift stopped at level 4 (at reception) each time we went to the bottom level. This was the same for when we wanted to go back to our room. Time wasting and annoying. We found the breakfast ordinary, and as we stayed for 4 nights, it never changed. Not much variety. My husband thought the bed was too hard on the pillows weren’t comfortable. It could be very noisy at night with the traffic.

Visiting Kyoto for the first time, we found the location of Good Nature hotel to be unbeatable. It is close to shopping/dining/train and sightseeing tours. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and lovely. All areas of the hotel kept very clean. We would definitely come back here, and highly recommend this gem of a hotel!
