I didn't use the kitchen however it looked like it had everything needed to use it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and very hi tech. There were a few convenient stores close by and also walking distance to aYasaka Pagoda and Kenninji Temple.

Wow. Just…wow! Beautiful building and interior, very clean rooms. Insanely great shower/tub/sauna bathroom. Spend the extra pittance for the sauna upgrade and thank me later. We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！
