Quiet, convenient location with lots of shopping and tourist area within walking distance. Room was quite, clean, and has nice amenities in room (free water, coffee, tea, toiletries) & lobby (bread, instant soup, coffee, ice cream). AC in tatami room area quite dusty and carpet wasn't very clean. Walls need new fresh coat of paint as there are many scuff marks & some dirt/stain. Elevator has rank smell.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Very well designed with excellent facilities. Simple check in and check in and check out. A bit more attention to room cleaning would make it perfect. Blinds etc need to be dust free.

Would not recommend families with children to stay here. Hotel is well designed, very beautiful, however it was designed with couples and adults in mind but not for families. There was a glass lamp on the floor of the tatami and my toddler slightly picked it up and dropped it on the tatami which caused the glass to shatter into hundreds of pieces on the ground. The hotel does not have a reception. Everything including check in and out is communicated online. So at 11PM at night we didn't know what to do and how to find a vacuum to clean up the glass shards on the ground. Thankfully we found a emergency contact number to call and we located a vacuum in the staff room to use for the night or else my two children would've been running around in a room with glass on the ground. There is also a TV on the ground which is not recommended for children too. Thankfully the TV didn't break or else we'd be compensating even more for the TV. Overall would not recommend families to live here due to the design of the place. There are steps to climb to get up to the main entrance. The elevator is very small barely enough to fit a baby stroller inside. And the stairs outside the room door has wide railings which is easy to fall from. Good for couples and adults only.

The four person room with the tatami is well designed. Spacious with enough room to use for a family of four. The location is not bad, with a 6-8 minute walk to the tourist places. This place is not family friendly though. There were a lot of steps to carry a baby stroller up everyday which was not convenient. No baby amenities were provided during the stay. No changing towels during the stay. No taking out the garbage during the stay which was a little disgusting. No housekeeping too. Everything was communicated through the booking platform including room passwords so it was difficult to find any help during the stay. Basically it’s a guesthouse not a hotel.
