Lovely and very clean hotel room in a great location. It is within walking distance to the shopping district and the Gion area. The only thing was that we found the room very small for us- 2 adults and two teens. The room was otherwise beautiful and comfortable. I’d stay again but will opt for a much bigger room.

Great place to stay during our quick trip to Kyoto. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The hotel had interest since it had a gallery, displayed & sold local art. Loved the view from our room that looked towards Gion and only a 30 minute walk to the area. Hotel was nicely situated across the street from 7-11 and about 10 minutes from great shopping and eateries.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Each room is unique and is put together with so much thought. The hotel itself is spotless and offers plenty of amenities. There's even a cafe on the top floor with great quality coffee. The staff was helpful with every request we had, and helped facilitate our luggage forwarding. The location can't be beat. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kyoto!
