Ace hotel Kyoto is super cool! The staff went above and beyond to extend our stay due to passing typhoons and the hotel is stylish, rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great coffee downstairs and some lovely boutique shopping right outside the hotel. Close to trains and not in the crazy touristy area of Kyoto. Our family enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay in downtown Kyoto.

We had a fantastic stay at Ace Hotel Kyoto. The room was very nice and the record player was a fun addition. We loved using the bikes to explore Kyoto. The staff in particular were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
