The hotel was very clean and had several useful amenities. There is a Starbucks on the main floor for a morning coffee and snack. The nearest train station was a few minute iwalking away and bus stops are outside the building. The location couldn’t be better for shops, food , market and a few temples and shrines also within walking distance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The location is perfect, with easy access to temples, restaurants, shops. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were outstanding—efficient, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and they made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing massage chair in the room. After long days of walking around Kyoto, being able to relax in the massage chair was an absolute luxury and made our stay even more special. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely have no complaints. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. Location , location and location. It is a very decent hotel for a price. They don't offer a cleaning every day unless you request . Hotel is clean and maintained pretty well. I enjoyed a lot of small free things you can find in your bathroom. Massage in the room until 2 AM is a big plus

Great location in Gion! Was a bit noisy with the street noise and could hear people in the next room. Nice hotel though for the price! We added breakfast to our stay which we regretted/ not the best selection and with so many cafes nearby it’s cheaper and better to go elsewhere. Beds were comfy and whole bathrooms and rooms were on the smaller side they utilize the space the had. Lots of places to hang towels, clothes etc. would stay again but request room not facing the street

Clean room. Staff were amazing and spoke English. There was a laundry room but didn’t get to use it and the only con that I had was that I couldn’t really figure out how to get ac only was able to turn the fan on and the window only opened an inch or two. But otherwise an amazing stay especially the pudding downstairs.
