“I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful...

“Clean room and air con was excellent. We had ocean view rooms that were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was not so great, the first morning we were only able to order from a menu as they were setting up for a wedding we were not informed about at checkin. This also made the pool unavailable this day which was disappointing. The breakfast in the second day was a buffet that didn’t have a lot of basics that others have had in our two weeks of travel. Drinks at breakfast were not great at all...

“Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly. Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars”

“Location and the room size were good, but the rooms were not as advertised. The beds are hard, towels and sheets are thin, and no toiletries included. The place provided hair and body wash but they were terrible products. No shower curtains - this made for a giant mess in the bathrooms after showers. Extra towels needed to be requested but the towels were so small and thin. Would never stay here again unless you bring all your own amenities. Also! On the last night, a giant cockroach ran...
