“The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

“Rooms not well kept, Breakfast not served in a timely manner. Last day never was provided breakfast. There is no pub or restaurant at the hotel as they have listed and the WiFi signal did not make to the 3rd floor.”
