“Das einzige was man bemängeln kann ist, dass die Balkone von den Zimmern nur mit einem Milchglas getrennt ist und man die Nachbarn immer hört. Es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Anlage. Man kann mit der Zimmerkarte, das Tor aufmachen und reinfahren, da sind genug Parkplätze. Die Zimmer waren auch nicht tiptop sauber könnte besser sein. Die Aussicht war aber super!”

“Encontramos el hotel en obras, que presentaba una situación no confortable y seguramente no segura ya que trabajaban todo el día, hasta las 8 de la noche. Nuestra reserva era por un resort y encontramos otra cosa, teniendo que permanecer las 4 noches porque no teníamos otra alternativa. La administradora conociendo el problema nos ofreció reembolsarnos el 15% del valor total. Nosotros pedimos que ellos respondan por el reembolso total de la estadía que eran unas noches gratis y”

Die Lage ist ebenfalls super und die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Pax House 1 jederzeit wieder buchen. “Hatten eine schöne. Wir haben uns in eines der Hütten einquartiert. Alles war vorhanden. Sauberkeit war eher mittel. Doppelbett war klein. Wir haben die Standardhütte gebucht, würde ggfls. die etwas teuren buchen, wegen mehr komfort. Ansonsten ist das umliegende Campingplatz sehr gut besucht und bietet eine Sanitäranlage (Duschen, WC, Waschmaschine). Waren für zwei Nächte dort.”

“The owner was kind enough to put us in the apartment, since it had not been rented out for the night we were there. The place was very nice, clean, and had good amenities like a little kitchen, washing machine, and couches. The owner reached out to make sure they would be home when we wanted to check in-very friendly! The views of Rijeka and the sea were stunning from the lovely patio area. “The property is newly renovated and clean. Check in is on time only- no early check ins. The room had a very small fridge while 2 big fridges were available on the main floor. While table and chairs were available on the balcony , none were located in the room. The owner was nice and allowed us to stay in the main area after the check out time. The place is mostly as described on the website.”
