stop over for Airport

Cold rooms and no tea making facititys, no complimentry shampoo hard soap, it was warmer in the entrance hall! Staff great though. And the Brecfast was fantastic! gluton free well catered for this is its saving grace..

Menin respaan, siellÀ jo tiedostettiin ongelma; vesikatkos koko siivessÀ. Tarjottiin vaihtoehtoisesti joko jÀÀmistÀ vedettömÀÀn huoneeseen tai siirtymistÀ Spa Tropiciin. Valitsin Tropiikin, jossa tuli vettÀ mutta huone oli kuin tropiikissa. Sokos Hotel Kuusamon henkilökunta oli pahoillaan ja toimi parhaansa mukaan. Minulle ei tarjottu hyvitystÀ enkÀ Àlynnyt sitÀ vaatia.

Nice stay

Quiet location with ample parking. Front desk made extra effort with recommendations for shopping for some specific items I wanted. Breakfast with extensive choices. Enclosed shower, bed comfortable, effective blackout curtains. Restaurant with excellent smoked salmon soup.

Mukava hotelli hyvÀllÀ paikalla Kuusamon keskustassa. Huone oli ok, kylpyhuone hiukan likainen ja shampoo ja suihkusaippua piti erikseen pyytÀÀ vastaanotosta - hoitoainetta ja vartalovoidetta huoneessa sen sijaan oli. Aamiainen oli oikein runsas ja monipuolinen, ja asiakaspalvelu pelasi hyvin vaikka henkilökuntaa oli vÀhÀn.

Mycket vÀnlig personal. Centralt i stan. Rent. Hotellrummen slitna med bÀst före datum passerat. Restaurang helt nedgÄnget med förfÀrlig inredning och borde rivits ut för trettio Är sedan. Restaurang och pub stÀngde 23.00 tyvÀrr. Första kvÀllen i restaurangen hade servitrisen noll koll och gick i konflikt med en av gÀsterna i gruppen. FörfÀrlig frukostmatsal.Helt nedgÄngen och svart som i bunker. Frukost inte " up to date" och hÄller inte internationell klass innehÄllsmÀssigt för aktuell Hotelltyp.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, es stehen Velos gratis zur VerfĂŒgung um die Stadt zu erkunden oder rund um den See zu fahren. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in der Gegend. Super Hotel!!!
