Staff are amazing and the property is beautiful. Food is delicious and the BBQ and dancers on the Wednesday were fantastic! Our second time at the white rose and will be going back for a third.

We loved our stay over night at the White Rose pool Villa,the staff provided excellent service though the food was not of good quality if you arrive just after lunch its headed in the Micro wave and as I had ordered a Vol Au Vent the out come was not edible.Room service excellent but again the food was a let down.I would stay again but eat else where.Over all it was a great stay and would give it 4 1/2 stars.Excellent value for money per room cost.Please not there is NO FREE shuttle $15 for driver to and from airport which is fair but no free as advertised.

Lovely feeling to the resort- a real safe haven from legion street right next door (but you wouldn’t know). Breakfast is good though coffee service to serve your own would be better at breakfast. The pool area is gorgeous with food And drink available all day. The gardens are beautiful but always come with mosquitoes- take some spray!!! Maya serving by the pool is a real gem!!!!

Excellent service and staff. Lovely hidden location, close to the hubub, but totally isolated so you can’t hear or see it. Beautiful gardens, excellent staff service and the spa is amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast- variety for all, pool lovely and prices at bar restaurant/room service great. We also enjoyed our private villa and pool immensely, so if you can we’ll worth treating yourself!

Not a 4 star

This was not a good stay at all. The rating says it’s a 4 star. It is more like a 3 star. The rooms smelled like someone had taken a dump. Unfortunately we had to book 3 rooms due to flight cancellations. 2/3 room had the smell. There is no lift going into the 3rd floor so definitely wasn’t good for my 76yeat old family member. The breakfast was pretty basic with a 2.5 star rating. Will never go back.

It is located at very convenient place to Kuta beach, shopping and other entertainment. Standard room are very spacious. Traditional hotel. Standard rooms should at least provide the basic requirement like tea coffee. Huge property and staff are very polite.

Everyone one is very friendly and are always willing to help. We find it is a good central point for everything you want to do in Bali. More private villa’s would be good and cheaper price.
