The staff, the food, the room, and the facilities are awesome and the people are very friendly. Our flight was delayed and had late check in but the room was ready when we needed. The communication was wonderful, and they had a quick response to fulfil your needs for your booking. Absolutely wonderful, the food the service and absolutely wonderful staff, a true pool side full service relaxation holiday. Happy hour everyday 12-6, the breakfast is so full of wonderful choices also. A short walk to all the shops and beach walk shopping Centre .

This has to be one of our favourite places to stay in Bali. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great but so is the food you can get throughout the day. The pool is very well maintained and it is very enjoyable to stay by the pool all day. Great amenities. Some might say that the prices are high compared to other places in Bali. We have stayed at many throughout the last decade, and this is 100% you get what you pay for. Recommend it for solo travellers, couples and families.
