The desk staff were very helpful and allowed us in the room early. The pool was great the water soft and nice shade for sitting. For a low cost hotel it was great value for money, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

I don’t know where the reviews came from, I booked this hotel based on the reviews and we were highly disappointed. We booked 8 rooms, it was affordable but was not worth it. Towels were thin & old. The lights aren’t working well, mosquitoes in the room, it’s basically an old hotel with poor maintenance. I’ll never come back here again.

Good hotel

Pros: Great location, close to shopping centre and restaurants. Walking distance to Kuta Beach. Staff are very friendly and i would return for the staff and location. Brekkie is great. Cons: Had a pool access room however very noisy from people above in other rooms esp during the night. The walls are paper thin and can hear people talking. The rooms are dark and the bathroom in particular esp having to put makeup on. Difficult to get in and out of pool as the ladder was hard to step up on. Unfortunately no sun where the sun beds are. Paid for pool access with mini bar and hotel did not honour the mini bar or provide a refund.

家族旅行最終日と出発日に宿泊しました。深夜帯の便で帰国でしたので、ギリギリまでホテルでのんびりすることができました。 最終日にぴったりの宿です。 24時間対応なフロント、バスタブがありお風呂に入ってからサッパリとした気持ちで搭乗できます。また空港までは10-15分500円ほどで着きます。

Het hotel ligt centraal gelegen , de stomerij is aan de overkant , en een mall op loopafstand, en het zwembad ,is ook relax. Het personeel in het restaurant, vult het ontbijt bij ,maar de koffiemelk was op en dat moest ik wel 2 keer vragen ,ook is het restaurant was het ontbijt wordt geserveerd snel vol.

Lovely place to rest with beautiful pool

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with nice breakfasts. The pool is great very inviting. With full blackout curtains, it was so easy to sleep in. Only negative was the signs that curtains need to be replaced very soon.

We stayed for 2 weeks at The Rani, only used the pool once as we were out and about, pool doesn’t get all day sun. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable big bed, staff were all friendly, buffet breakfast was ok, Over all a nice place for the price.
