I am very hard to please especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service, but The Kana Kuta Hotel is one of the best hotel I’ve been to. I stayed 10 Days. It’s clean, peaceful, staff helpful/reliable anytime, delicious foods, very welcoming, it feels home. Also, the security and the Driver of the hotel so helpful and friendly. The room is as described, clean, spacious, and has all what you need for a trip. The place is a bit farther from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, but also very close to the beach (~20 mins walk). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Bali!

The room is perfect for what you need. I found this to be great for my purpose. I booked this hotel last minute as the previous one I had booked was horrendous and I needed somewhere else to go ASAP. The price was amazing for what I got here. The pool and amenities are awesome. The staff are super helpful and lovely. I spent a lot of time by the pool would definitely stay here again. Location is nine minutes from the airport, which is great if you need an in-between spot to relax and re-gather yourself before heading home. Also only a 10 Ish minute walk to the beach front of Kuta. I couldn’t have been happier. This isn’t a resort per se but for the price it was wonderful.
