Aircons kept tripping out for a lot of the stay. Bathroom drain was blocked causing a bad smell. Hard for taxis to get to for pick ups and drop offs. Room service took 2 hours one night with no warning or explanation. Staff were very friendly though. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyes staying here. The staff was incredible and attentive. The hotel and rooms were modern and comfortable. Dining was great and reasonable plus the buffet breakfast was filling. Everything you could want was in walking distance with many options to choose from. i’d have no problem staying here again on my next trip.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach only a few mins walks. In a Quiet area of Kuta. It’s a good hotel with a good size swimming pool. Rooms are good size and clean. The only down side was, it was looking a little tired, the towel rail in the bathroom fell apart and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Some of the wooden planks around the pool area were quite loose when walking around it. We had stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay in Ball all 4 star. The breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. For the money it was good value. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay at the Bene hotel. Very pleasant place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has housekeeping every day. The restaurant has well priced food and good. The whole experience both times was great.

It is great value for money.. position is perfect.. down a quiet alley but in the heart of good food, massages and bars. Breakfast is great and staff are excellent at meeting your needs. Pool rooms give you easy access to swimming and sun lounges. Will definitely be back!!

I enjoyed my stay at The Bene as a stopover hotel so much so that in fact I ended up booking a further day. The rooms were clean and neat. The TV was updated and the amenities were very good. Great value for money and well located 500 metres from Beach Walk Shopping centre and 100 metres from the beach. Close to a variety of restaurants , Try Royal Cannibale for the best steak in Bali (tell the waiters that Walter sent you there and he will look after you) and a host of breakfast places just down the street. This is a low budget hotel with great appeal. I chose this hotel as I was stranded for a few days due to flight delays but would have no hesitation of going there again. Walter

A bit outdated

Lobby are ia just fantastic, typical Balinese. The pool are is great and you can always find a sunbed available. But the rooms is not even close to what we expected. Outdated, toilet is so and so, shower water is slightly salty and that was a negative surprise. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to help out

Very central walking to everywhere. Beds where very comfortable. Staff were very nice and attended to our needs problems very quickly. Did have a problem with the showers and no hot water. Had to let it run for about 20 minutes and play around with handle to try and find any heat in the water.
