Aircons kept tripping out for a lot of the stay. Bathroom drain was blocked causing a bad smell. Hard for taxis to get to for pick ups and drop offs. Room service took 2 hours one night with no warning or explanation. Staff were very friendly though. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyes staying here. The staff was incredible and attentive. The hotel and rooms were modern and comfortable. Dining was great and reasonable plus the buffet breakfast was filling. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach only a few mins walks. In a Quiet area of Kuta. It’s a good hotel with a good size swimming pool. Rooms are good size and clean. The only down side was, it was looking a little tired, the towel rail in the bathroom fell apart and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Some of the wooden planks around the pool area were quite loose when walking around it. We had stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay in Ball all 4 star. The breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. For the money it was good value. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Good value hotel

The Bene is a nice hotel staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and a good size possibly could do with a little updating especially the shower room. The pool is nice too breakfast was good too its served in a dinning area near the pool and reception. We have stayed here before and would stay again.The hotel is not far from the beech and is good value for money for a 3 or 4 night stay
