Really lovely people, lush gardens which were cared for, lovely buffet breakfast-wide range, room was really lovely. Beach just over the road, we could see the waves from the hotel. Pool was great. Very calm place to relax for 3/4 days.

Seaview resort was lovely, the rooms were clean and modern and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Location is fantastic, walkable to everywhere. Pool was great for the kids, buffet breakfast was also good. Staff were lovely!

Hotel is amazing and staff are welcoming. Only thing I would say is that my VIP status was not recognised and that I didn’t receive a room upgrade even though there were higher value rooms available to be booked on the day of check in. I was told they would try and speed up my check in as I arrived at 11am however i wasn’t able to check in until 2:15 (check in time is 2pm)

Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort offered all required amenities in a tranquil and lush tropical setting. Staff were friendly & grounds were kept clean & tidy. Menu options at the onsite restaurant were plentiful & delicious. Resort is well located & walkable to nearby shops & restaurants. Would definitely recommend & would be more than happy to stay here again on future visits.

The property is adjacent to Kuta beach with plenty of dining and other services nearby. Staff were attentive, always with a greeting and smilr. Unfortumatelt the upper rooms and parts of yhe facility are ageing and in need of maintenance. Regardless we would stay again.

Positive: Breakfast buffet was great (oriental/continental, vegetarian foods are marked properly), washing machine for self-service is available, water dispenser, good WiFi, location is central (just cross the road to get to the Kuta beach) Negative: Very expensive for not really good foods in hotel restaurant, ventilation does not work: floor is wet and can be slippery if the air conditioner is shut down and the room door is open, tap water is a little bit salty Recommended: Decide yourself, we would prefer another hotel next time.

Nice hotel. Lovely pool area. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable with good air conditioning. Area ok but constant hassle from motorbike taxi drivers who often tried to sell me drugs and offered the services of sex workers. Hotel restaurant does great food.
