Everything was fantastic. Lovely staff, superbly clean room and maintained premises. Very good buffet breakfast, even provide Vegemite for Australian guests. Could not complain about anything. Loved out stay at Kuta Puri. Really didn’t want to go off the property as staff and accommodation were fabulous. We loved the 2 pools and swim up bar and dined in the restaurant most nights as prices were pretty reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

The room we were first shown was not the room type I was paying for. When we said this is not what we are paying for and want another room, we were told all room's are sold out. So we were going to leave and as if bye magic they found the room we booked. After that everything was wonderfull and the staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. It is a bit run down and really needs new beds but very clean and in a great spot.
